THE DRAGON

Our brave Hero came upon the entrance of a cave,
where dragons eggs laid & the stench was thicker than marmalade.

He drew his sword and hummed a little song,
and even know the dragon was powerful, he knew he was just as strong.

He lit the candle on his sword and it reflected in her eyes,
and she then saw the truth about her smelly little lies.

She screamed & squawked but the sounds grew ever distant;
her curse had been lifted, and the people could finally sniff again.
